At Glow & Grace, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Returns
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, and intimate goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
